Do you upcycle?
Yes, we upcycle as much as possible. Oviously it's not possible in all cases but where we can we do. It may mean that there are very slight defects in the print in some cases but these will be very few and far between.
How much is postage?
We cover all postage costs to the UK mainland (excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands) within the cost you see.
Anyone looking to purchase outside of the UK mainland can contact jacquib@jacquib.biz and we will advise of the postage cost.
We will calculate all international postage as per the Royal Mail calculator which can be found here Royal Mail Calculator
Are your items actually handmade?
Yes, we do not sell items if they are not handmade by ourselves. We do not buy in the products to sell on or use anyone elses skills to make these items. The items you see in our store are 100% made by us.
Do you make custom items?
We do make custom items, to discuss this please contact us at jacquib@jacquib.biz
Can I use PayPal to buy your items?
Yes, currently this is the only way we accept payment. We value the safety of our customers details and using Paypal gives everyone using the site protection against fraud.
I'm not using Internet Explorer and the site doesn't look so good
You're right, currently the best way to view the site is with Internet Explorer. We are working on the compatibility issues with other browsers such as Firefox and will rectify this as soon as possible. The view from any browser other than Internet Explorer will not stop either the functions or the accessinility of the site, it just won't have the graphical look that Internet Explorer gives.
